Implementation of projects of public-private partnership in sports industry

Public-private partnership is one of the modern forms of integration of science, business and government. The authors reveal the features of projects concerning the public-private partnership on the example of the Volga Federal District, the Ulyanovsk region in particular. To develop public-private partnership in the Volga Federal District it is necessary to work in three main areas: institutional environment, experience in implementing projects, investment attractiveness.
