The study of the peculiarities of the implementation of the judicial and legal policy of the Russian Empire on the territory of the Kingdom of Poland in the first half of the XIX century. The study used methods of historical periodization, comparative analysis, historical-legal and formally legal. The article has a high scientific value, since it examines the problems of implementing the judicial and legal policy of the Russian Empire on the territory of the Kingdom of Poland. The research uses the sources of the State Archive of the Russian Federation.
