Features of speech etiquette in the British armed forces

The article discusses issues related to the speech interaction of British Armed Forces servicemen. The analysis of the generally accepted forms of address in oral and written speech to various armed services personnel of the United Kingdom Armed Forces is carried out. The result of the study is to identify the characteristic features of addressing, first of all, servicemen of higher rank, as well as those with titles and honorary awards.
