Peculiarities of political elite recruitment of polyethnic regions of Russia

The article is devoted to the examination of the persons promotion process into the structure of the social group which is at the top of social hierarchy. On the basis of the comparative analysis the characteristic of the basic channels of political elite recruitment of the republics of Buryatia, Sakha (Yakutia), Tyva is given. The obtained data allows us reveal specificity of elite formation in the presented regions of Russia.
