Specific features of the moral and religious searches of the Russian intellectuals in the XIX - early XX centuries

The article deals with the most important periods of the religious consciousness evolution in the intellectual elite. The author discusses correlation of socio-cultural changes in the society and transformation of the dominant spiritual values. Special attention is paid to how the church had influenced development of the Russian spiritual renaissance.
