Features of reparative of processes of vagina walls tissue at puberal white not purebred rats in experiment

For studying the features of reparative regeneration of vagina walls tissue it was carried out the mechanical disturbance with the help of experimental restretching, section and multiple intravaginal application of Vagotilum. The complex of modern histologic research techniques was applied. As a result of the conducted research it was shown that in reply to any alternative factor there is a serial change of wound process phases: traumatic necrosis, inflammation, regeneration histogenesis. The damaging factor causes tissue specific features of reparative processes.
