Features of Russian and foreign management systems

In this article, the characteristic features of the Russian, American and Japanese management systems were considered. Common features, as well as differences between them, are revealed. This is necessary so that the manager can master a variety of skills and abilities of working with personnel, while using the accumulated experience of both Russian and foreign management. For an effective result, it is important for a good manager to know and be able to apply various approaches to managing both employees and the organization as a whole.
