The genus Syringa L. includes about 20 species. Hungarian lilac ( Syringa josikaea Jacg .) is one of the lilac species that grows in central Europe and in the Carpathians and is characterized by abundant flowering and drought resistance. Representatives of the genus Syringa L . can be widely used in the practice of modern green building, but, unfortunately, species and varieties of lilac are rarely used in the gardening of Omsk, which is explained by the complexity of their reproduction and the lack of planting material. The research was carried out in the educational and scientific laboratory of perennial crops “Garden named after A.D. Kizyurinˮ of the educational and experimental farm of the Omsk State Agrarian University in 2019-2022. The article presents the results of observations of the growth and development of Hungarian lilac seedlings for four years with the use of microbiological preparations of polyfunctional action: Azolen, Elena, Trichodermin and Black yeast. The use of microbiological preparations with the properties of fertilizers, fungicides and biostimulants is one of the modern approaches to solving the problem of improving the quality of plants, as well as improving the environmental conditions in the growing area. These preparations improve the soil and promote the absorption of nutrients by plants, as well as increase their resistance to diseases and stress. Dispersion analysis of the results of the study confirmed that the Hungarian lilac plants were characterized by intensive growth and development of seedlings under the influence of the microbiological preparations used. Growing cuttings of Hungarian lilac with a closed root system showed the high efficiency of the use of biological preparations Black yeast, Trichodermin and Elena, which was estimated by the height of the seedlings, the size of their growth and the diameter of the root neck. Better planting material was obtained as a result of the use of all studied microbiological preparations of complex action. So, in terms of height for 2021 and 2022, the experimental variants exceeded the control by 23-46%; by growth - from 26-75%; by the diameter of the root neck - from 14 to 29%. Hungarian lilac in the conditions of the Omsk region is highly resistant to diseases and pests.
