Features of management personnel in socio-technological entrepreneurship

The current issue of creation and development of social and technological entrepreneurship in Russia is considered as one of the important factors of regional development. The authors raise the topic of a specific set of qualities of an entrepreneur who carries out his business activities in this area and identifies opportunities for developing managerial qualities of such an entrepreneur.
