Features of the system for forming the executive power bodies at the regional level

The article presents the requirements for the organization of the system of power vertical in Russian regions, and also discloses the criteria for the formation of the structure of regional executive bodies and the distribution of functional blocks. The analysis of the unifying features of modern systems for the formation of executive bodies at the level of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation is carried out.
