Features of modern development of science in higher school: the theoretical and methodological analysis

Authors consider the problems of scientific development of modern system of higher education. Functioning of higher education without of science context is impossible. Nevertheless, problems and contradictions of modern development of social education systems and sciences in the higher school are socially caused by the objective processes occurring in new conditions of development of global problems and becoming of an information society. The theoretical and methodological maintenance of higher education doesn't correspond to level of development of modern scientific knowledge. Absence of the theoretical fundamental concept of development of modern domestic system of higher education is emphasized. Scientific theoretical development of problems of innovative development of the higher school is especially necessary on the basis of closer cooperation of social education systems and a science which interaction should be aimed at concrete result.
