The article considers features of creation learning environment in Institution of Continuing Professional Education aim to develop teacher’s subject position during the process of professional development. Learning environment as a condition for the implementation and development of teacher’s subject position is characterized by: contextual learning, creation of situations for self-determination and educational parameters choice, open and multi-channel communication of participants during the educational process. Learning environment promotes: implementation and development of teacher’s subject position during the process of professional development by means of designing and implementation of an individual educational trajectory, educational activity, initiative, implementation of different ways of interaction with other participants of educational process, and also the possibility of choosing an educational program of professional development, different types of education services, forms of professional development, dates and types of education courses.
