The article describes the approach of creation of technology for the integrated monitoring of the technical state of ground-based space infrastructure facilities taking into account the creation of a scientific and methodological apparatus for estimating the residual resource of support equipment of engineering systems objects of ground-based space infrastructure facilities of spaceports on the basis of the developed mathematical model that takes into account integrated statistical retrospective information on the current technical state of the ground-based space infrastructure facilities and information obtained using the knowledge and experience of experts. The model is based on the use of a mathematical apparatus of fuzzy logic. The main provisions of the above approach are described. The material of the article can be used to more accurately and objectively assess the actual possibility of using the ground-based space infrastructure facilities, as well as to expand the information base of the control system for their operation.
