Features of formation and development of regional policy of Italy in the sphere of international relations

The article deals with the main stages of formation of the Italian regions as independent members of international politics. The author studies cases of successful organization of integration associations - Euroregions and analyzes the process of granting the right to regional authorities in the field of external relations from the political legal perspective. Particular attention is paid to the evolution of the Italian legislation regarding federalization of the Republic with the devolution of powers from the center to the regions.
