Style of humor and attitude towards humor of a narcissistic personality

This study provides the data on styles of humor, gelotophobia (the fear of being laughed at), gelotophilia (the joy of being laughed at) and kat-agelasticism (the joy of laughing at others) that people with narcissism have. Katagelasticism and aggressive style of humor was significantly higher in narcissistic personalities than in people with low expression of narcissism. The positively correlation was found between high expression of narcissism, katagelasticism and aggressive style of humor, and a negative correlated with the affiliative style of humor.
