Features of stress resistance and motivation of employees of IT companies with different degrees of job satisfaction

The article is devoted to describing the results of a study of statistically significant differences in the characteristics of stress resistance and motivation of IT product developers with varying degrees of satisfaction with their work. It was revealed that there were statistically significant differences in the indicators of internal and external positive motivation of respondents with different levels of job satisfaction. The results obtained made it possible to develop recommendations for optimizing support for this category of specialists for managers and employees of HR departments of IT companies.
