Features of the structural cycle in the economy of the region (on the example of Perm region)

An attempt is made to prove that the structural cycle is one of the components of the modern macroeconomic cycle based on the use of the recurrent approach to the study of cyclic processes. If we consider the latter as a special kind of cycle that arose during the transition between industrial (in the state of attenuation) and postindustrial (in the nucleation phase) megacycles, then its uniqueness lies in the system of intra-phase transformations from neo-industrial to digital, information and innovative economies, neo-economies, which are independent phases of the industrial and post-industrial cycles. Moreover, the duration of such intra-phase transitions is determined by the recurrence dependencies between the information, innovation, investment, technological, production, structural and social cycles.
