The article is devoted to specific character of the state prosecutor’s speech when considering criminal cases under part 3 of article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The peculiarity of the study is in the fact that the author based on law enforcement practice provides the key points of the state prosecutor's court speech. The accusatory speech scheme with indication of each element is highlighted.
