Features of legal proceedings with participation of jurymen in Kazakhstan

The article discusses some features of the jury trial in Kazakhstan, the authors clarify and give concepts to some terms, the Institute of the judicial system, jurors. They raise the question of the chronology of the controversy surrounding the trial of jurors and the existing problems related to the appearance of jurors in court.
