Features of the tactics of interrogation of a suspect (accused) in the investigation of crimes related to the theft of oil and petroleum products during their storage and transportation

This article discusses some aspects of the tactics of interrogation of suspects and accused persons in the investigation of crimes of theft of oil and petroleum products. The author gives examples of tactical techniques and tactical combinations used both before the interrogation and during its implementation. In order to increase the effectiveness of the investigation of the investigated category of crimes, some tactical and forensic recommendations for conducting the interrogation of a suspect (accused) in the conditions of conflict and conflict-free investigative situations are proposed.
