Features of the tactics of interrogation of the defendant

The author considers the peculiarities of conducting an interrogation during a judicial investigation. Thus, the distinctive features of the defendant's interrogation have been identified, which distinguish him from the interrogation conducted at the stage of pre-trial proceedings. Tactical recommendations for the interrogation of the defendant are defined, ways of improving the criminal procedure legislation in terms of the legal regulation of the interrogation of the defendant are proposed.
