Methods for investigating the infliction of grievous harm

This article considers and studies the peculiarities of interrogation tactics in the investigation of grievous bodily harm as one of the problems of the investigation. Particular attention is paid to the tactics of interrogating the victim, witnesses and suspect. Tactical recommendations are given taking into account the emerging investigative situations and psychological features of the interrogated. All work is based on judicial practice, official statistics of crimes and other sources.
