The course of the gastric ulcer disease on the background of chronic atrophic gastritis (on materials of gastrological branch of M.I. Semashko Republican clinical hospital)

The article deals with the peculiarities of the flow of gastric ulcer on the background of chronic atrophic gastritis based on a retrospective analysis of case histories of gastroenterological department of M.I. Semashko Republican Clinical Hospital. It was found that presence of atrophy of gastric mucosa increases the size and number of ulcers in all cases, gastric ulcer on the background of atrophic gastritis associated with Helicobacter pylori, clinically developed by dyskinetic syndrome associated with the increased risk of malignancy.
