Features of the course of endogenous depressions in the arid zone

The study is devoted to the features of the course of endogenous depressions in the arid zone, characterized by a specific climate that affects the mental health of the population. The clinical manifestations, duration, intensity of symptoms, as well as the influence of environmental factors such as high temperature, low humidity and limited social activity are considered. The adaptation of therapeutic approaches taking into account regional characteristics, including pharmacological treatment, psychotherapeutic interventions and preventive measures is analyzed. The work emphasizes the need to take into account climatic and cultural factors to increase the effectiveness of treatment and improve the quality of life of patients with endogenous depressions.
