Features of technical solutions for irrigation in arid zones

This article identifies the features of systems that are used in arid areas for irrigation. The types of irrigation machines, their advantages and disadvantages are considered. Several types of irrigation have been characterized, including sprinkler irrigation machines, sprinkler systems, and drip irrigation systems. As a result, we showed that the choice of irrigation method must be made taking into account soil and climatic indicators, the needs of the crop and the technical capabilities of irrigation systems.
