Features of transformational processes in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Korea

Estimating a phenomenon of political processes in Russia and the Republic of Korea the author raises a question of what resources and limits, and, respectively, possible uses have analogies between the two different enough social transformations, which have been going for the recent decade in the Republic of Korea and Russia. Despite numerous and various distinctions, these processes are often united by the general concept of democratization.
