Peculiarities of criminal-legal assessment of persons driving the vehicle while intoxicated

The article shows the specificity of the criminal-legal definition of intoxication in relation to the person in charge of the vehicle as the subject of the crimes provided for by article 264 and article 264.1 of the criminal code. The article reveals the criminal-legal significance and features of the assessment of this state in the qualification of road transport crimes, analyzes the problems arising in the criminal prosecution of drunk drivers.
