Features of the criminal procedural and forensic activities of investigative units for the investigation of crimes in the economic sphere

The article is devoted to the problem of criminal procedure and criminalistic activity of investigative units to investigate crimes in the sphere of economy. Various aspects of this work are analyzed on the example of investigation of fraud in the field of credit. The object of the study is, first of all, the initial investigative actions. Particular attention is paid to the interaction between the investigative units and bodies carrying out operational investigative activities.
