The specifics of criminal responsibility of vehicle drivers in cases of mutual breaking of traffic laws

The article deals with the specifics of criminal responsibility of several vehicle drivers, who simultaneously break the traffic laws and are participants of the same traffic accident. The author considers various views on this issue represented in the criminal law doctrine. The undertaken research shows that in the traffic crimes it is impossible for several persons to commit jointly one act due to the fact that such a situation is mainly typical for willful crimes in which the joint efforts of several accomplices, acting in coordination with each other, lead to a common result.
