An effective method of honeysuckle propagation, allowing to obtain a pure-bred genetically homogeneous planting material, is green cutting of the culture in a greenhouse with artificial fog. The research objective is to identify the effect of substrates on the rooting of green cuttings and the feasibility of their use. It was found that the following microclimate conditions, created in a greenhouse with artificial fog, are quite favorable for rooting. Regeneration processes in honeysuckle green cuttings are observed at 5-10 days after planting. Green cuttings are better rooted on the substrates: peat + sand, sand, sand + leafy soil, peat + perlite and sand + sawdust (83-92%). Shoots growth begins after the rooting of cuttings and lasts from 20 to 40 days. By the end of vegetation plants on the substrates: sand, sand + leafy soil, sand + sawdust, peat + sand, have higher shoots (10.7-12.2 cm) in the year of planting of cuttings. The diameter of the stem base is 0.3-0.5 cm...
