The article is devoted to the identification of pricing features using the example of the EAT MEET restaurant. An analysis of the restaurant's competitors, a swot analysis, as well as an analysis of pricing experience in the enterprise under study were carried out. Author's recommendations are given to reduce the cost of production, and hence the price of items in the menu.
