The article describes the impact of the organizational structure of the holding on the planning of investment activities. The main methodological principles of improvement of investment activity management of integrated corporate structures are presented. An example of organization ofplanning of investment activity of one of the largest Russian holdings, PJSC Gazprom, with analysis of applied approaches is given.
