Peculiarities of Quality Management of Infrastructure Projects in State Organizations

The article considers the need to develop a specialized model for quality management of infrastructure projects, which will allow assessing both individual quality aspects and integral quality according to the specifi ed indicators. A developed functional model of infrastructure project quality management processes is presented, which allows identifying and refl ecting their interrelationships with other areas of project management, and its presentation in graphic form allows simplifi cation of its creation, maintenance and subsequent modifi cations. The developed methodology makes possible to increase the reliability of making decisions on making changes to the project, thereby providing a solution to the problem of adapting the project to constantly changing conditions of the external and internal environment. The described generalized method of improving the quality of the project reduces the risks of non-compliance with the expectations of the project participants and the set requirements at various stages of the project.
