In the framework of the study on improving the management of labor relations in the service sector in the market conditions, the activities of medical workers require special attention. The economic system of labor relations will be considered as an object of management. The study will proceed from the fact that the sphere of medical services is classified as stressful. The stressfulness of «helping professions» is determined by the high requirements to the competencies possessed by the specialist. High workload of the working day, intensity of work and out-of-hours schedule are factors of decrease in labor productivity. One of the negative manifestations of these factors in relation to labor productivity should indicate an increase in the level of conflicts in the organization. This is due to the special role of conflict management in international organizations in the management of labor productivity. These prerequisites cause a special need to pay attention to such a direction of personnel policy in a medical organization as conflict management.
