The article examines the features of corporate finance management in the context of economic globalization and integration of world markets. The analysis of the impact of global factors on the financial strategies of corporations, including currency risks, access to international sources of capital, transfer pricing and asset diversification, was carried out. Examples of successful practices of international corporations are given. In conclusion, recommendations are proposed for improving corporate finance management in the context of global instability.
