Management features of logistical costs of cattle-breeding complex

The article is devoted to the management of logistics costs. Specific characteristics oflogistics costs in the livestock complex are considered. It also studies the principles ofmanagement and analysis of logistics costs, which showed that in domestic practicethere are no rules and methods for classifying a number of costs for the logistics ofthe enterprise. The LLC Breeding Plant “Bugry” (Leningrad region) was selectedas the object of research for analyzing logistical costs. In course of the analysis, theauthor systematizes the factors influencing the formation of logistics costs.
