Features of management of municipal land

The paper explores the process of land management in Russia. The principles upon which the system state and municipal government at the present stage of development of land relations. It is concluded that in the management of municipal real estate priorities are: separation of land by ownership, the selection of the most effective ways of using land and organization of the transfer of land rights.
