Features of project management in the implementation of construction and assembly works on adaptation the objects of cultural heritage for modern use

The article is devoted to the features of project management in the performance of construction and installation works in cases of adaptation of cultural heritage objects for modern use. The analysis of stages and types of restoration, general construction and installation works is performed. Particular attention is drawn to the possibility of shortening the time for carrying out restoration, general construction and installation works, the possibility of combining the works without violating the technology of work execution. On the basis of the conducted research, the necessity of working out a schedule of work with the definition of resources was identified and justified.
