This research article examines the main aspects of project management in the field of marketing and advertising. The relationship between the project and project management in management is touched upon. The key features of project management in advertising are given, such as: orientation, communication, dynamics and variability, multichannel, evaluation of company results. The study also identifies the main criteria for the effectiveness of projects in the advertising industry.
