Project management features in the conditions of the russian economy digitalization

The development of digital technologies, the emergence and expansion of the range of communications in business, the expansion of areas of application of artificial intelligence, the rapid and widespread generational change in business, which have their own characteristics in relation to the forms of work, various abilities to learn and apply modern technologies and knowledge, the digitalization of the economy, are currently changing the nature of the relationship in the system "business management - personnel". Thanks to the digitalization of the economy, both new opportunities and new challenges are emerging in project management at the same time. The article discusses the main trends of digitalization of the economy, which generate fundamental changes in project management.
