In the modern digital world, managing the content of a native publisher is becoming crucial. The relevance of the research is due to the need to optimize content management processes, including formatting, editing and publishing materials, in accordance with the requirements of the publisher and quality standards. The main focus is on the processes of generating, editing, and publishing text documents, as well as integrating tools to ensure effective content management. The paper uses methods of analysis of modern content management systems, information systematization and graphical modeling. As a result of the research, a functional business process model has been developed that includes such steps as user authorization, document generation, archive viewing, and material export.
