Features of managing labor resources in the banking sphere

The work considers the genesis of the term "labor resources" in the domestic scientific literature. The author also presents the structure of labor resources management in the banking sector and gives recommendations on the management of this type of resources to improve the efficiency of the organization of the banking sector.
