Specifics of establishing the circumstances to be proved in the investigation of sabotage at railway facilities committed by minors

Crisis periods in the economy and the complex nature of the political situation have always had a negative impact on both the general state of crime and its certain types, in particular juvenile delinquency. In recent months, in the context of a general decrease in juvenile delinquency in the Russian Federation, there has been an increase in the number of sabotage crimes provided for in Article 281 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation at railway infrastructure facilities. At the same time, the organized nature of illegal sabotage actions committed by minors in a group is noted.
