The article deals with the problems concerning specific features of making a psychological contact during pretrial investigation questioning with involvement of an interpreter for communicational support. The author analyses a possibility of making the psychological contact between an investigator and an interrogated person basing not on factual aspects of statements only, but also on nonverbal communication as well.
