The article deals with processes of authoritative coordination in conflict-generating situations. The author reviews political conflict interpretations and factors influencing authorities’ actions in the circumstances of the conflict opposition. Distinctive features of the modern domestic and interstate conflict technologies of the state activities are under the consideration.
