Features of the influence of precipitation on growth forms needles of Siberian spruce (Picea obovata ledeb.) in the city of Omsk

Research of influence features of precipitation in different vegetation periods on needles growth of Siberian spruce forms ( Picea obovata Ledeb. v. viridis - the Siberian spruce, green form, Picea obovata Ledeb. coerulea - the Siberian spruce, blue form, Picea obovata Ledeb. Virgate - the Siberian spruce, serpentine form) was conducted in 2009-2016 on the nature monument territory of regional significance “Regional dendrological garden named after Herbert Ivanovich Genze”. Needles growth of spruce lasts for two periods: the first period is intrabud second half of the vegetation period of the first year; the second period is the period of visible growth in the second year after the release of the embryo escape from the buds. Next is active growth during the 3 decade of May - 1st decade of July. A low coefficient of synchronicity of needles growth with precipitation (Cs = 67%) has Siberian spruce, serpentine form, in June. We observed low coefficient of synchronicity of needles growth of Siberian spruce of serpentine form and blue form with precipitation amounts for the period from 3th decade of May to the 1st decade of July (Cs = 67%). However, this correlation ratio was very high for both forms (ŋхy > 0,9). This suggests that the Siberian spruce blue form and serpentine form are more sensitive to precipitation amounts in these periods. The Siberian spruce green form is the most resistant to fluctuations in precipitation.
