Features of the introduction of innovations in the economic activities of industrial enterprises

The article discusses the key problems that hinder the active innovative development of domestic business. The necessity of determining an integral indicator characterizing the level of development of an industrial enterprise as the basis for the formation of an appropriate program (strategy) for the development of an industrial enterprise is substantiated. A set of measures is proposed to solve the problems hindering the introduction of innovations in domestic industrial enterprises. The necessity of using innovative methods in determining the key factors of influence and assessing the level of competitiveness of an industrial enterprise, building a realistic forecast model of development and making informed management decisions on the formation and implementation of an innovative development strategy is substantiated.
