Quality management is actively being introduced into the public sphere of Russia. Based on international standards ISO 9000, the national standard GOST R 9001-2015 "Quality Management Systems. Requirements" was approved. The document reflects the specifics and features of the implementation of quality management systems in the work of state bodies.
