Features of implementation of technology for integrated processing of logging waste

The country’s timber industry is one of the most promising industries in its development. Its development is connected with the expansion of deep and complex wood processing. At the same time, raw materials, for the most part, are almost completely distributed and used in large processing centers. There is a practice of shortage of raw materials for the country’s leading enterprises. To solve this problem, it is possible to involve in the production of logging waste, which is currently practically not used on an industrial scale. The author’s team has developed a technology for complex processing of logging waste. At the same time, both technological features and a number of devices and machines have been developed that should allow this technology to be implemented on the forest territory. Branches, twigs, tree greens and a number of other wastes can be processed into a number of valuable products. In particular, wood waste produces wood chips used in a number of areas, and the processing of wood greens is, in fact, a large part of the forest chemical industry. The introduction of such technologies in the practice of business enterprises requires certain management decisions, and also has a number of features. The study found that the most important role in the implementation of technologies for integrated processing of forest waste is assigned to the management system. Also important are the quality and features of the technologies being implemented, the thoroughness of the innovation implementation project, and the specifics of the technology implementation mechanism. For the key element - management of timber production - the most important elements are highlighted and their descriptions are presented.
