Specifics of the foreign policy carried by the Islamic Republic of Iran in the situation of a bipolar or unipolar world

The paper examined specifics of the foreign policy carried by the Islamic Republic of Iran in the environment of either bipolar or unipolar world patterns. The author considered that to have an idea about the foreign policy of the Islamic republic of Iran, one should firstly know its bases and principles, which had undergone a substantial change once the Islamic revolution occurred and the Shah Regime in Iran fell down.
